These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 338mw website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). • You are registering and using the account solely on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.

To access real-money gaming and sports betting on the 338mw Platform, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You are required to notify 338mw promptly if any of your registered details change. 338mw is not liable for any loss or delay arising from your failure to keep account details current.

1. Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any third party under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Complete KYC identity verification when requested. Accounts that fail or decline KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed.
4. Do not allow any other person to use your account. Account sharing, whether for wagering purposes or otherwise, is a breach of these Terms.

338mw reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that an account holder has provided false information, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or has otherwise breached these Terms. In such cases, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

338mw accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied to BDT transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 338mw does not charge a fee for standard BDT deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through the applicable wagering process.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different registration details constitutes bonus abuse.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games listed in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 338mw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or claiming multiple bonuses.

5. Using chargebacks or payment reversals as a means of recovering deposited funds that have been lawfully wagered on the Platform.
6. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account operation.

The 338mw name, brand mark, and all associated logos are trademarks of 338mw. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 338mw trademark or any other trademark, logo, or trade name of 338mw without express prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 338mw and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 338mw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

338mw provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 338mw does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

338mw collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. This includes data provided during registration, data collected through your use of the Platform, and data received from payment processors in connection with financial transactions. All personal data is handled in accordance with 338mw's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
